What can a Virtual Business Partner help me with?

My priority is to deeply understand your business, challenges, and opportunities to be truly effective as your partner. As we build a trusting relationship, I can be someone who:

Are our sessions confidential?

In short, yes. I adhere to the EMCC Code of Ethics, which means details of our sessions are kept in the strictest of confidence. At no time will identifying information about you or your business be given to anyone outside our working partnership without your approval unless any of the following exceptions apply:

  • If you threaten to harm yourself or others

  • If instructed by a court of law

  • If you have shared information about a proposed illegal act

I also ask that you hold the same confidentiality of our meetings and not make available the contents without prior consent. This explicitly refers to recorded, live-streamed or audio of our meetings being posted on social media or shared with a 3rd party.

If I work with a competitor, rest assured that your information and strategies will stay completely confidential. I take the Code of Ethics seriously and make sure there’s no conflict of interest, no matter who else I am working with.

It’s also common for me to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before we begin discussions to protect your IP. If required, I can provide a template.

How much does this service cost?

There are three distinct approaches to choose from, providing a clear framework of what you can expect.

  1. VBP Monthly – £350 + Vat per month*

  2. VBP Monthly Plus – £750 + Vat per month*

  3. VBP Monthly Managed – £1,500 + Vat per month*

What’s the minimum number of sessions I can have?

To build trust and establish an effective partnership, I require a minimum of three sessions. By the end of the third, we’ll both have a clear sense of whether it’s worth continuing.

Do you do face-to-face meetings?

Yes, in-person meetings are possible, where preferred. This will depend on your location and joint availability, which can be discussed and agreed upon before the first meeting. Travel costs of 0.50p per mile may be added for travel over 25 miles.

Do you do remote meetings?

Yes, almost all of my meetings are on Zoom or Microsoft Teams, whichever is preferable.

When logging in to a remote meeting, it is advisable to do so from a quiet and private environment. It is also helpful to find somewhere that has a stable internet reception.

Meetings over the phone are possible but only if video calls are not possible.
